How do I put it on?
Slide your foot through the sleeve so the heel opening sits at the back. Cross the two straps over the top of your foot, wrap them around your ankle and press them closed. Snug, not tight.
Do I need to choose left or right?
No. Every pair comes with one left and one right sleeve, so both feet are covered.
Will it fit my foot?
It's one adjustable size. The straps tighten or loosen to fit most adult feet and ankles.
Will it fit inside my shoes?
Yes. It's thin enough to wear under socks and inside sneakers, work shoes and most boots.
How long should I wear it each day?
Wear it whenever your feet need support: on your feet at work, on walks or during workouts. Start with a few hours and take it off if anything feels uncomfortable.
Can I wear it while I sleep?
Many people like to, but loosen the straps a little for night wear. Comfort first.
How do I wash it?
Hand wash in cold water with mild soap and let it air dry. Close the straps before washing. No bleach, no dryer, no ironing.
