Free US shipping
All orders shipped within the United States ship free. No minimum order.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time
Most US orders arrive within 4–8 business days of placing your order. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays or peak seasons.

Order changes
Need to change or cancel your order? Email us at support@phyxusa.com within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has shipped, it can't be changed.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your package hasn't arrived within 12 business days, contact us at support@phyxusa.com and we'll make it right.

Please double-check your address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
